Zeus is the God of the sky and weather. He became god of the sky and weather when he overthrew his father, Cronus.
Zeus's mother hid him in a cave on Mount Ida on the island of Crete so that he wouldn't swallow him as he did with the rest of his brother's and sister's, He is believed to be raised their on that mountain.
Zeus is the 6th born child to Cronus and Rhea because Cronus was scared that one of his kids would overthrow him.
Zeus is not only known in the Greek mythology but he is also known in Roman, his roman counterpart is Jupiter and he is also known in Etruscan, his Etruscan counterpart is Tinia.
Zeus is known by a lot of titles. A few of them are Lord of the sky, The Cloud- Gatherer, The Rain God and Zeus the Thunderer.
The origin of the name Zeus is that it is connected with an ancient Indo-European deity dyeus, which roughly translates 'sky’,’ day' and 'clear.

For my glitter text on my first page, where it says Zeus, I chose the color blue water because he is The God of Weather, and rain is weather so it represents rain water.On my second page I chose to use the blue again because like i said for my first one it represents rain water because he is God of weather.For my music that i made for Zeus, I chose to use the two themes because it sounds scary a little and Zeus is a scary person, and i threw in some thunder and a couple thunder cracks because he is the God of weather and so their for he is God of Lighting and Thunder so that is why i put those in it.On my second page i chose to use a brown title because represents the color of the clouds when a bad storm is coming in.For my 10 facts title i chose the color blue because it represents the color of the sky on a nice perfectly clear day.
